POLARIS DESIGN GROUP is pleased to announce that Phase 1 of the NSB&PA website update is now complete!

The website has undergone a design revision and a software upgrade allowing for a more feature rich Membership Directory.

The main changes in Phase 1 focus on the enhanced Membership Directory.  Some items of interest are:

• Each member will be able to claim their listing thereby giving them full control of content changes and the ability to update information such as phone numbers, add photos, etc.
• The Directory is now fully searchable and is being optimized for search engine placement during Phase 2.  Type in a term, partial member name or partial business name in the Search box to the upper right to see how the new search functionality works.
• If a member has an e-mail address associated with their account they can now be contacted online through a contact feature per listing without exposing their e-mail address to spambots.
• Maps can be turned on or off to allow prospective customers and other NSB&PA members to get a better idea of where your business is located.  In Phase 2, driving directions will be integrated per listing as well.

There are many additional features currently integrated. A walk through of the new features and how to best utilize them will be available shortly. Updates will be coming soon regarding the next phase of the website upgrade.
